Interested in Alpha Phi?
Formal Recruitment is Your Key
New Members are the lifeblood of Alpha Phi. Through the mutual
selection process called "recruitment" girls join Alpha
Phi each winter. Our New Members will represent Alpha Phi on the
OSU campus for four years and will become a part of an
international network of outstanding women. These New Members
exemplify the ideals on which our sorority was founded over 130
years ago.
Your first step toward joining Alpha Phi -- or any sorority on
our campus -- is
signing up for recruitment. Formal recruitment takes place in
the winter of each year.

In addition, while alumnae recommendations are not required to
participate in formal recruitment, they are strongly encouraged
by Alpha Phi. So, if you have a friend or family member who is
an Alpha Phi alumnae, be sure to tell her of your interest in
joining a sorority and ask her to write a reference for you so
that you may be introduced to the women of the Rho chapter of
Alpha Phi!
