Why go through Recruitment?
Recruitment is a process that helps you to find your perfect Greek home. At OSU, formal recruitment takes place over two weekends in January.

Who is eligible to join a sorority?
If you are a full-time student at the Ohio State University and are registered with the Office of Greek Life and Education you can go through Recruitment. Click here for more information about recruitment.

Do I need a recommendation?
Recommendations are not required to enroll in the recruitment process, however, they are strongly encouraged by Alpha Phi.
